Josh Harris is one of our All Star winners

It's been nearly a year since we launched the Pride & Joy All Stars awards to recognise the role of young people in helping bus and coach businesses navigate their way and flourish in the digital and tech age.

We've put together some interesting insights that we've gathered over the last 12 months as we've talked to young people working in this sector and these will be featured in Bus and Coach Buyer over the coming week or so.

Now we are looking for new nominations from bus and coach operators who want to recognise and highlight exceptional young people helping to develop their businesses.

Whether you run a family business or are training apprentices in coach building, driving or marketing, we'd like to know and encourage the future generation of bus and coach professionals, aged between 16 and 25, who show great promise and may one day take over the reins and leading the industry in years to come.

Every month, we along with Bus and Coach Buyer will select a nomination and feature them in the magazine, which is not only great recognition for the individual, but also for you as the employer.

We've made it even easier to nominate your rising stars, you just have to send us a message stating who and why you are nominating on our new All Stars Facebook page.

All entries will be judged by Sally-Anne Davis of Coach and Bus Buyer and me, Jane Phillips, managing director of Pride & Joy. Those we consider to show considerable flair with examples of excellent progress and future promise will be asked to take part in an interview that will feature in the magazine. They will also receive a limited-edition Pride & Joy soft shell jacket in a colour of their choice and invited to our All Star's awards party, details of which are to be announced very soon!
